Originally from Pilot Mountain, NC, Joanna grew up spending a lot of time at the beaches in the Wilmington area. After graduating from East Carolina University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education, she taught in the public school system for a few years. She eventually found herself “home” in Wilmington where she found her calling in real estate over ten years ago.

Joanna feels very fortunate to call Wilmington her home and is very passionate about the coastal lifestyle.
